1. The production of mirror rollers usually uses 45# steel, alloy steel seamless pipes, precision forgings and other materials. The surface finish of the roller can reach Ra0.01 (smoothness level);

2. The roller blank of the mirror roller is made of professionally imported alloy steel, and different flow channel structures are designed according to different material properties;

3. Mirror processing can be carried out on the surface of various materials to ensure that the straightness, balance, out-of-roundness, coaxiality, etc. of the roller surface meet the requirements;

4. During the processing of mirror rollers, the cooling or heating temperature difference is not greater than ±1℃, the surface hardness is HRC55~58, the hardness after chrome plating and polishing is HRC62, and the thermal deformation is not greater than 0.01mm.
