The role of rollers in calenders

1. Shaping rubber and plastic materials. At the same time, the surface of the roller is generally flat, and the pattern can also be customized according to needs to imprint rubber and plastic materials into the required shape.

3. Control the calendering effect. When rolling rubber and plastic materials, the speed of rolling is very important. The running speed of the roller needs to be determined according to the material and size of the rubber and plastic material. Therefore, adjusting the speed of the roller according to the actual situation can ensure the processing quality of the rubber and plastic material and guarantee the next step of processing.
